The first step is not a feature list. We map the users, decisions and data behind the process, then identify the smallest release that can already be used in practice.
Larger systems are delivered in phases. That lowers risk, gets feedback from real users sooner and avoids spending months perfecting assumptions.
A technical foundation you can keep.
I choose the stack around scale, security, integrations and your existing environment. A typical build uses TypeScript, SvelteKit or Next.js, PostgreSQL and Cloudflare or Node infrastructure.
The code, cloud accounts and documentation remain available to you. Maintenance can continue with me, your own team or another developer.

How much does a custom web app cost? +
A focused internal tool or MVP starts around €3,000. A full customer portal or business app generally ranges from €8,000 to €25,000. Larger SaaS and B2B platforms are priced and delivered in phases.
How long does development take? +
A first usable version commonly takes four to eight weeks. A broader platform with several integrations generally takes three to six months and is released in stages.
Will it work on mobile? +
Yes. Responsive mobile use is standard. When installation, offline behaviour or push notifications matter, the application can also be delivered as a Progressive Web App.
Can you connect our existing systems? +
Yes. Typical integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Yuki, Exact, Stripe, Mollie, Resend and authentication providers. Niche systems are assessed before they enter the fixed scope.
How do you handle security and GDPR? +
HTTPS, secure authentication, role-based access, input validation and protection against common attacks are built in. Personal data is minimised, retention is defined and European hosting options are used where appropriate.
Who owns the application? +
You can own the source code, hosting and service accounts. The handover and maintenance arrangement are made explicit in the proposal.
